		<description>Interesting i just did my weight to combine it for a calorie total and i get 1574.3 so im gonna stick with 1570 to make it rounded and easier to manage but seeing how much i can have freaks me out!....and the amount of calories per item of food, lets home i can derange a food plan to suit this, sounds good, hopefully fingers crossed, mind u i have tons of cooking books looks like i can start going through all the recipes!...</description>

		<description>Hi all, Iv started this diet and so far its been good, (end of day 2) I just have a slightly different version of the soup recipe.. no beans,no soup mix, no beef stock or carrots but instead half a cabbage cut into bits, vege stock and instead of using so much water to give it volume a large bottle of V8 vege juice, this gives it a really nice taste, more similar to tomato soup!</description>

		<description>Im not recommending anything, but ill give advice freely :) I found the best motivator for me was loosing weight. If i didn&#039;t loose weight i got annoyed and often sabotaged my diet.
I think to loose weight and keep it off its better to tweak the diet over the long term and not drop too much weight fast, but as a diet starter to kick off a lot of weight, this is the diet for you. A lot of the weight is water weight and not really fat, so its more the ego boost and to get you into the mind set than anything else. 
The only problem is that it leaves you fairly hungry and craving which can totally undo everything you just lost. If you are aware of that then go for it.</description>

		<description>NZ foods are the same as everyone elses. But to me honest all applications use the same database of foods which was released by the American Foods place. NZ has no such thing so i doubt you will find one. There is a book at the warehouse with a kiwifruit on the top i saw with a decent NZ selection in it and was very sane.
I would suggest for computer usage to get the fitday.com application . Otherwise get an app for your phone or similar.</description>
