&#60;p&#62;Right feeling quite inspired this morning. My sister&#38;#39;s wedding is in about 5-6 months and I want to be fitter and healthier for that!  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Have made the decision that until I can learn to just drink a glass of wine and not the whole darn bottle, that I am going to stop drinking for a bit. Mood/Thoughts - Really wanted the chocolate cake, should have just had a hot chocolate instead!  Drinking water with lunch was a fantastic idea as it really filled me up. Gutted that OEP Tortilla&#38;#39;s etc. have really high calories. They seem so darn healthy.

Personally I have never really done the low fat thing (I hope you are sitting down as you read this in case you pass out with the shock of that particular statement).  For me low-fat means generally less flavour. Have tried low-fat yoghurt and don&#38;#39;t enjoy it. I would rather spend 157 calories and have yummy yoghurt. Also, if I am going to eat gelatine it better be covered in yoghurty goodness. &#60;/p&#62;

Get the yogurt with reduced fat and sugar replaced (you can tell cause calories per 100gm is around 50) and you cant go wrong!
