<description>&#60;p&#62;Okay my first diary/blog post thing here.&#60;br /&#62;
I keep bouncing up and down 5kg. Id like to drop it again atm, and also a few extra KG.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Currently just getting over surgery (donated a kidney) which has hampered exercise. That plus some poor eating has seen the dreaded 5kg come back, now im eating better to drop it.&#60;/p&#62;
