    Just went and edited the pics so they are embeded. Some are a little to large though (as you can see!)
    On the right of the imageshack page you had it had a bunch of stuff to embed them into forum posts which you can use next time.

    Wow great transformation though!

    getting the hang of this techo stuff, it is not my natural habitat, but I think this second attempt has worked and a much better size image.
    So the first two giant photos are of me now and these last two are of me some years ago.

    How much time was between the before and afters? I also struggled to find before photos also

    the before photos look quite old to me probably about 15 to 20 years ago and I think I was fatter 6 years ago but I can't be sure as I never weighed myself or allowed my photo to be taken.

    Congrats on the before and afters....at the moment I loath my photo being taken so there is a gap in my life history, time to re-write the books I think. Keep up the good work, what did you do to acheive your weight loss?
