Hi.. I have been considering counting calories again since I had my son 3 years ago. The first time I did it I found it worked really well! I lost 25kgs at the time. And now im almost back at that weight needing to lose 20kgs.
Its gonna take some determination as the first time i did it my mum was doing it too so she prepared breakfast and dinner. Now i have a husband and a son to provide dinner for as well as myself. I'm not trying to make up excuses I just know that this time will not be so easy.
Im hoping that Liz's site will help me out with the determination as my husband is happy with me how I am so doesn't really support me much when it comes to sticking to the calories. Exercise will be my next problem.. But i'm willing to fight all these problems. Today was my wake up call, my wedding ring is almost too small

Good on you!
ATM due to injury im unable to exercise , so im doing the 6-7 meals a day to keep metabolism up, plus a ton of waterPosted 1 year ago #
