    First week of counting calories has been going really well as I don't find it hard to stick to a smaller amount. Exams are on at the moment and I have been resisting high calorie drinks like redbull and V, but I did some research on the redbull concentrate shot and it only contains 27 calories!

    The hardest thing about trying to loose weight when your a student is my busy life style but with some planning the day before I will be able to ensure the food I eat the next day will be good for me instead of just reaching for the first thing I have time to eat.

    I have already lost 1kg 97.1 kgs at the moment and today I bought a gym ball! fun.

    wow only 27 cals? not bad! i usually just go sugar free on red bull, it tastes better to me. Normal one seems to be to sickly sweet.

    Pre-planning seems to work really well for me too

    I'm glad I'm not the only student here. I agree it's really hard to try to lose weight during exam time. Normally I go to aerobics 3 times a week a yoga every other day. But since I've started on exam leave I've found that I have no time to go at all. Now finding myself eating only once every two days as a substitute for exercise is draining the energy out of me fast from studying, however I don't feel like I can treat myself to high energy meals while I'm not exercising anymore. I'm glad you're finding a healthier alternative to my silly no eating diet. Goodluck~
