Still the same today - 72.5 kg. Thats cool - will do another week and see if I can get down to 70 kg. Then I will be happy if I only lose 5oo gms a week as long as I can keep it going down

Make sure you give yourself a good few days break before doing it again eh? Because you ate so few calories you may want to eat more protein during that time as well

73 kg today but I have hardly had anything extra except some brown rice and a carbless bar last night at work. I do shift work and crisis callouts overnight so have to keep something feeding the brain in the wee small hours. Im sure I will keep losing but it will just be slowing down.

Still 73 so am going to stop daily weighing and focus on weekly for a while. Wont do the soup diet again for a while either as want to keep it as an extra tool in the toolbox haha! I seem to have minimal appetite with a big apple for breakfast, soup or green salad with a couple of low-fat meatballs for lunch, and green salad with brown rice for dinner, and maybe one carbless bar if I need fuel at work in the night.

You are doing better than me! I went to Vanessas house on the weekend and ended up just eating lol. It was nice though and we had an awesome time

Thought as it was Monday I'd do a weigh... and 72kg yay! Have been really careful and eating mostly salads and fruit. I buy a big bag of mesculin salad and tonight sliced a small piece of crumbed schnitzel over it plus added red capsicum, carrot and celery, then topped with a Thai sauce made with fish sauce, minced garlic and minced ginger, soy sauce and lemon juice with a tiny bit of sugar in it. Really yum if you like that sort of thing - I even had it over meatloaf last night haha! Must say I am starting to have 'urges' tho...... to sneak things like peanut butter, hubbys peanut slabs, lollies... good thing its work tomorrow and I will be too busy!

Well maybe I'm facing menopause sometime soon as I have been'pre-menstrual' for bloody ages!!! And get this - I have been bingeing on food I will not even name as it is all too gluttonous (the kid's Nutella has had a hammering....) - and I have lost another kg!! Whats that about huh???

Well folk I hope everyone has had a lovely festive time over Christmas and that at least some of you are in the same boat as me and will be doing some serious penance!!!... I started my weight-loss campaign really well but the last month has been seriously lousy in terms of tiredness, stress, lack of 'me time' and just losing sight of my goal. I have bought a salad to work today so making that first step back in the right direction... I think exercise is the key but I feel so unmotivated which is not like me - I used to do multisports and be good with self-discipline but now I really struggle. How is everyone else out in cyberspace doing?
