Hi. I just joined. I think this site is wonderful. I am just curious if anyone else out there hates working out in public like I do and has tried this game? I really have to enjoy what I am doing to stick to it and this seems like the least dreadful way. I need to lose about 15-20 pounds. I am always aware of what I am eating but I am 30 now and it is just not as easy to keep it off as it was before.

hah i used to hate working in public, but now i prefer the gym because i know people are to busy doing their own workout to look at me.
Before i used to go in thinking everyone was looking at me, took me a month or two to realize they didn't care, they were too busy doing their own thing.We have a WII fit, but i find its to easy to stop and walk away from half way through. If i go to the gym i get myself into the mind set. Even if im doing exercises i can do at home, at the gym its harder to walk away because i went all the way to the gym to do them, and i usually feel more guilty i guess
