    Just wanted to drop a line and say hi to all of you,

    just signed up.. my name is Mina, I'm 23 years old, and I live in NC.

    I've lost 11 pounds so far, and that, for ME, is unbelievable.. the fact that I'm actually sticking with something and not giving up, is just crazy.

    I've been watching what I eat, and limiting my portions. I eat until I'm full, basically. I've cut my calories to 1500 a day, sometimes I go over, sometimes I go a bit under. Basically, I eat when I'm hungry, and I stop when I'm full.
    Before I decided to make these changes, I used to eat 24/7, I'd eat full meals at 1-2am, eat all the junk food in the world, drink a TON of soda, etc. Just plain unhealthy.

    I'm also working out once a day, sometimes I work out twice a day, sometimes I miss a day etc etc. Thankfully I have a Rottweiler, who requires a LONG walk every single day.. so that'll get some exercise into me whether I want to work out or not.

    anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and share a few things with all of you.

    YOu sound like you have really got it together! I have had a bit of a break but its great to see new people getting on here and getting motivated and supporting each other. I just realised that while our dog is at my mums while we renovate, I have definitely been getting less exercise... so it hopefully I will be back on track when she comes back in a couple of weeks!!!
