    Hi Ya
    My name is Lee. I have just recentley joined the forum. I'm looking to lose weight and become healthy and active. I'm quite short, (1.52m and 71kgs), and would like to be in the 'healthy' weight range instead of 'almost obese' weight range for my height.

    Hi
    So far I have joined a walk/ running group. The group gets together once a week and goes for a non terrifying run :). Also I have started walking to work instead of driving, which takes about 55mins to walk. What I really need work on is my food,so far I haven't devoured the fridge during the holidays so going well! Although you would not believe how much chocolate I have been given via xmass pressents!! so I'm finding that extremely tough not to eat all at once. I've made a goal to walk the 10k SUB event wich is in the end of January.

    I'm also planning to gather up enough courage to finally learn to swim this year and eventually compete in a triathlon.

    My main problem is food, (chocolate), and portion sizes.

    hehe yeah i have to work on my food, i ate like a trouper on the holiday and re-gained a ton so you're doing better than me. I recall getting so much chocolate one christmas, and i didnt want to throw it away, so i ate it one single piece a day.
    It lasted me about 4 months I think.

    Good on you regarding those SUB events, they are excellent. All woman, and and good easy starters

    So yeah im back on the wagon again :/
