Hi, I'm your friendly newbie from manurewa. Hope you all enjoying the weather. just don't go get burnt like I did yesterday. I've just brought myself a NZ calorie counting book. Being on a student income(boohoo) lol, I find that commiting to such programmes as WW is just to much of a stretch. I'm feeling quite positive after working out my daily caloric intake. After being sober for 2 years also giving up smoking last may, I think i've proved to myself that I can do it. I look forward to sharing with you all how i'm doing and would appreciate any feedback. Heya! good on you! the NZ calorie counting book is great, you can log online also with free sites like fitday.com or myfitnesspal.com or similar (there are tons out there).
