    Hi there,
    I am a farming wife and mother of 3 aged 12, 8 and 5.
I am in my 5th week of finally getting motivated(again) and making changes to lose all the extra weight I have gained since having my first child at 19. I am currently on the Kate Morgan weight loss programme, I have also tried the hebalife and WW programmes over the years. I am finding KM fantastic, so easy, no blender or other ingrediants needed for shakes. I have my main meal at lunch time and also 3 snacks a day, and my shakes for breakfast and tea. My start weight was 116.2kg and at my last weigh in(I missed last weeks because chemist was shut for renovations!) I am down to 105.9kg...My goal is 78kg.
Other times I have tried plans, I get to about wekks 6 -7 and lose the plot and all my motivation, usually it coincides with something like xmas day or a big weekend and I dont get back on track. This time I am soo determined to see it through.
Already I am feeling so much better in myself, fitting in to clothes I haven't for a few years. And feeling so fit and getting around the hills on the farm is getting easier, and I seem to have SO much energy. We had our daughter 5th birthday last Saturday and I wasn't too bad food wise, but blew out on a few rums later in the night, then had a brunch I shouldnt have the next day. BUT I got back on track that night, which wasn't easy as I was really craving all sorts of bad(yummy lol) stuff. But come Monday I was fine.
Oh gosh this is getting a bit long!! Liz, your weight loss journey and advice is so inspiring and motivating! I am glad I found this site and forum and look forward to chatting with you guys!
