    Hi
I have just joined as I am needing help and support losing weight. I am 33 and a mother of 3.I had back surgery nearly 2 years ago and since then I have gained 18 kg. Am not sure what diet to do. Any ideas?? I exercise atleast 3 times a week (1 hr session) to keep my back strong, I do Pilates, weights and cardio. However it took a full year until I was able to do this after surgery and by then my weight had skyrocketed from lack of activity and bad eating habits.
Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated.

try just logging calories and see if its one particular thing thats doing it. Most people i have found have one or two bad habits of a comfort food or something they were able to substitute. My sister-in-law was eating fine but had a major love of butter, for instance. Once she switched that out for low fat marg it helped a ton (now she just needs to deal with the ice cream addiction!)
For me , i loooove giant jelly beans
